Uca vocans
Carpus and outer surface of palm of major cheliped coarsely granular and a deep depression at level of junction of the fingers. Fixed figure (pollex) and dactylus distincly flattened, dactylus broad. Inner surface of palm with a strongly salient lower granular crest. Fixer figure terminating in a strong subdistal tooth. Dorsal margin of merus of cheliped with subdistal acute triangular tooth. Carapace blue grey with small white spot. Major chela with lower half of palm and fixed finger red orange upper half yellow, dactylus milky white.
Vernacular name: Orange fiddler.
